Parents with pre-teens and teens often find it challenging to keep track of their kids' social activities.
The Surgeon General’s Call to Action to Prevent and Reduce Underage Drinking offers suggestions for parents, police officers, colleges and communities to join in a national effort to address underage drinking early, continuously, and -- in light of the latest research -- in the context of adolescent development. TALBOT TIPLINE DEBUTS TO TARGET UNDERAGE DRUG/ALCOHOL PARTIES
