Community Stipends for Substance Abuse Prevention
Through "Small Community" stipends to partner organizations, Talbot Partnership has fostered a number of projects to strengthen our community. Projects are funded in the area to provide alternative activities for youth, adult education, family support, youth life-building skills, and decreasing access to alcohol and other drugs.
